Scholastic Art Awards

The Scholastic Art Awards is a state-wide juried art competition sponosored by the Savannah College of Art and Design.  It is one of the oldest and most prestigious competitions in the nation, founded in 1923.  Student artists from across the state compete for Gold Key, Silver Key, and Honorable Mention awards in mulitple art categories.  Gold Key winners advance to the national level.

This year Mill Creek student artists won 35 state awards, including two Gold Key awards earned by Jessica Agalaba and Taylor Judice!
Two of our art teachers, Carisa Griffin and Mike Lasseter also received a Gold National Educator Award!
