2024-25 Wrestling Registration Important Information 

1. All interested male wrestlers must fill out this Registration Form

2. All interested female wrestlers must fill out this Registration Form

3. Complete Rank One registration for Physical Forms. This MUST be done before the student is allowed to participate in practice or any organized team activity. Information is found at the bottom of the page.

4. Any interested managers, please fill out the Managers Registration Form

5. Coach White’s Remind App: Wrestlers, please download the app and register for Coach White’s class. Important information is communicated through this app on a weekly basis. The code is @mcwrestli 

6. First Practice: October 21, 2024

7. Mandatory Parent Meeting: Tuesday, October 22nd at 6pm.

8. Mandatory Hydration Test: Saturday October 26th. Bus leaves Mill Creek at 8:30am

9. First Competition: November 9, 2024

Mill Creek HS is now using Rank One for all pre-participation and physical forms.

Parents are required to have an account set up and all forms completed for their athlete prior to participating in any athletic activity at the school.
