Heart 2 Heart’s mission is to help senior nursing homes by creating entertaining physical, mental, and social activities that prevent dementia, Alzheimer’s diseases and improve mobility and mental health. If you want to be an impact to the community and help the elders, join Heart 2 Heart to be an impact to the community.
