Please remember Withdrawal forms must be completed by the enrolling parent/guardian only.
Step 1: Book an appointment to withdraw your student.

Step 2: Complete the respective (HIGH SCHOOL) Gwinnett County Public Schools withdrawal form:
GCPS High School Withdrawal Form- English
GCPS High School Withdrawal Form - Spanish
GCPS High School Withdrawal Form- Vietnamese
*Korean and Chinese translations are coming soon.
Step 3: Withdrawal Appointment Checklist
Take the completed withdrawal form and your photo ID to your child's school.
- Bring all textbooks, library books, Chromebook, and Chromebook charger
- Ensure lunchroom charges are paid
- Ensure all fees are paid. Fees can be viewed on StudentVUE or ParentVUE. Fees must be paid through MyPaymentsPlus.com
- The enrolling parent must have their photo ID. Please note that only the enrolling parent can submit a withdrawal request for their child.
The withdrawal process is not completed until the school receives the signed, verified form. Upon receipt of the completed withdrawal form, the school will review it, verify your identity, and, if needed, obtain any missing information.
