Transcript Request Procedure
Student records for former students who attended Mill Creek over two years ago are housed at the GCPS Instructional Support Center in Suwanee.
Contact their office at 678-301-6302 or complete an online request to receive copies.
Current Students
Please read all of the instructions below to request a final transcript.
1. If your transcript is going to a college or university in Georgia, you can send your transcript through GAfutures.org for free. Directions on how to send it can be found HERE.
Please remember: Mill Creek must have your social security number on file for you to send your transcript.
2. To request transcripts, go to MyPaymentsPlus.com. Select "Events and Activities", then select "Transcripts." You will have the option to select "Paper Transcript" or "Naviance Transcript." The transcript fee is $5.00
3. Please allow 48 hours for paper transcript requests to be fulfilled. You will pick up your paper transcript in the Counseling Office.
4. Your Naviance Transcript will be uploaded to the Naviance website for your Common App colleges or colleges that accept electronic transcripts. Please allow 1-2 weeks processing time for Naviance Transcripts.
Please note: Mill Creek High School does not mail, fax, or email transcripts.

To request a paper copy of your transcript to be picked up by you or an authorized individual, you will need to email your request to: Kelli.Vanderpool@gcpsk12.org. Please include your name, GCPS student ID# and year of graduation. Transcripts are $5.00 each and we accept cash or check only. You will pay the transcript fee when picked up. Mill Creek High School does not mail, fax or email transcripts.
If you graduated two or more years ago, you will need to request your records from The Office of Student Records.
